Our approach

In order to fulfil our customers’ orders we use the project management approach in compliance with the system implemented in PRIMA-TECH-PRO pursuant to the standards of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

The project management is realized in the following directions: general project management, project scope management, project time management, project value (costs) management, project human resources management, project communications management, project risk management, project purchase management.

The main activities we carry out in order to fulfil our customers’ orders are: analysis and processing of the order, design, purchase of materials, production, forwarding and delivery to the customer.
