How long does it take to get a quote?
Usually we would reply within 1 hour and we will quote within one or two working days of receiving the enquiry.
What payment do you accept and what are your Payment Terms?
We accept payments by Bank Transfer. For new customers we expect first few orders to be paid advanced on placement of the order. On successful processing our standard terms are 15 days Nett.
Do you offer assembly with Free Issue Components?
Yes, we can offer assembly whether you would like to supply your own components or prefer us to purchase components. Mixture of both is also possible.
What information do I need to give you to get a quote?
For quoting PCB assembly ideally we would like:
- Bill of materials (BOM file) in preferred XLS format.
- Mounting schemes of the both sides of the PCB in preferred Gerber or PDF file.
- Instructions for mounting non-standard components if any.
- Number of circuit boards in a lot.
- Information about the necessary production technology (lead-free, lead, etc.)
- Illustrative images of the PCB, model/prototype of the PCb, graphic files, pick & place file.
- Expected delivery time.
Is your assembly process RoHS Compliant?
Yes, we manufacture and assemble PCB’s using Lead Free Technology. Non-Rohs can be offered too.
What is your standard Lead Time?
Our standard lead times are usually dictated by the availability of PCB’s and components at the time of order placement. Typically, a Free Issue Assembly would be 10-12 working days from receipt of full kit. When we quote we will advise you of the current lead times.
Will my PCB assemblies be manufactured in China?
PRIMA-TECH-PRO Ltd. supply PCB`s from our approved suppliers from China and Taiwan. The actual PCB assembly is made in Sofia, Bulgaria where our premises are.
