Step 1: Quotation Stage
Once you have contacted and provided us with your specification requirements, we will begin the quotation stage and submit this for your approval. Usually we answer in a few hours and send quotations within 24h.
Step 2: Purchase order receipt / Material procurement
Once we receive a purchase order, it will be evaluate and loaded into our system. We will start placing Material ordering, and our Production Planning Team will schedule the job. By our well-established relationships with suppliers, we can provide all parts and materials needed for the production of your product in the shortest time and at the lowest price. As we work usually on many projects, we are constantly seeking optimal balance between price, quality and delivery time.
Step 3: Ordering tooling
Our Production Team will fully evaluate and try to understand what tooling is required for every specific production processes.
Step 4: SMT / Through hole assembly, Inspection and test
Once the Production Team receive the kit of materials, they will start to make programs and set up the machinery park. Every time a first-off board is generated, it is checked against the client’s documentations, and approved by the Quality Team. Once the first off is approved, production will commence, and all PCBs will go through all needed procedures.
Step 5: Cleaning / Conformal Coating and Final PCB testing
